Néna (pronounced Nina) is a South African actress and creative who believes in the power of story to connect, transform, and heal. After training in Theatre at the University of Stellenbosch and completing her Postgraduate studies in Theatre and Directing at the University of Cape Town, she stepped into a career that has spanned over a decade across stage, film, and television. She has performed alongside some of South Africa’s most celebrated talent and worked internationally with actors such as Ty Sheridan and Michelle Dockery. Her most cherished role, however, began in 2024 when she became a mother, a daily reminder of the magic of play and imagination. For Néna, collaboration is where the heart of storytelling truly lives.
